Mr. Hayer is a professional. After hearing his plan and observing his demeanor, we came to the conclusion that you want this guy on your side! He is accessible, dependable, intelligent, and friendly. He answered our questions, dealt with our frustrations, did what we asked, provided guidance, replied to numerous text messages and phone calls, all without losing his professionalism or sight of the goal. He was so dedicated to selling our home I was half convinced he wouldve bought it himself if it came to it!
