My experience with Hal and Melody began via Yelp, when I targeted 2 realtors with rave reviews to help me search for a home. Hal called me within minutes and we set an appointment. The other realtor did respond with a message, but never followed up.

In thinking back of my five months knowing Melody Avant, Im almost moved to tears with how much she feels like family to me. We hired Hal Sweasey to sell our home this year. The sale of the property was a little tricky because it was investment property that would be sold in accordance to 1031 Exchange rules.
Hal knew this and managed our sale and the buyer's team with great work ethic and tenacity.
