Stephanie wore many hats during our transaction. Our lawyer was less than responsive, so Stephanie took up much of the slack. She reached out to the buyers agent on our behalf many times when our lawyer failed to contact the buyers. We were stuck in attorney review until Stephanie stepped in to reach a deal the buyers could agree on. She was extremely patient with us and always responsive to our needs.

Although we called Stephanie many times for clarification of things we received from our lawyer, the township, and general questions we had for her, she was always responsive to us. She was patient and knowledgeable. If we had had a different agent I am certain our sale would have fallen through because we did not have adequate legal representation. She pulled this sale through for us.

Stephanie initially impressed us with her excellent organization, knowledge of the local East Brunswick market, competitive analysis and marketing plan, quality of listings for her other clients and a friendly personality.

Stephanie brought in a good photographer/videographer which yielded some great photos and a really nice video walkthrough of our home. Together with Stephanies great description we had a strong online description for our sale. We asked that Stephanie not represent both seller and buyer but seller alone for this transaction thus other agents from Stephanies office were available for our open house. The open house was successful and we ended up with two strong offers immediately after.

Throughout the rest of the process leading up to closing, we were further impressed by Stephanies frequent communications, responsiveness, organization and easy going personality. Even though we ran into a few hiccups along the way, Stephanie provided a calm guiding hand.

We werent successful with most of them but we did appreciate Stephanies willingness to help us with that. One of our lessons learned is that finding these other professionals should primarily be the responsibility of the seller and any suggestions from the agent are auxiliary to that.
