His marketing approach, expertise, and commitment to us as clients yielded the best possible outcome we could get a great selling price and no contingencies. After our escrow closed, we sat down and talked about everything that happened and what my next steps were. My reality was no home and moving into an apartment in Arizona. I was really stressed. I can sell my house on my own... n nBut Aaron Cullen has turned my view 360 degrees around. Some professionals are worth it, and Aaron is one of them. Without his expert advice, spot on recommendations, constant feedback, tactful escrow management, and enthusiastic approach to buying a home, there is no way we would have been able to purchase the beautiful home we did. Absolutely no way. n nHe was able to get us in the game even when the listing agent stopped taking offers and wanted to use their own buyer to make twice to commission. He was straight forward with what was needed to get the home and still make an offer that was in our best interests. n nOur last home buying experience was you typical peptic ulcer inducing stressful event, but honestly with Aaron handling literally everything for us, we were able to breathe easy the entire time. I have worked with Aaron Cullen three times over the years and it has always been a rewarding experience. Most recently he sold my home in Briggs Ranch in Folsom. With meticulous preparation and execution, Aaron readied my home for sale by arranging contractors to make repairs, making staging suggestions and then sending in the professional photographers to take beautiful photos and to create an amazing 3D virtual tour. As he explained to me, rather than pricing high and waiting to get low-balled, we carefully reviewed the comparables and came up with a price that would motivate multiple buyers to make offers at the same time. The entire process was well thought out, organized and resulted in the quick sale of my home. Were there any bumps along the way? In 2015 we contacted Aaron after receiving a referral from one of my husband's co-workers at Intel. Aaron told us that once he knew what our objectives were, he'd work relentlessly until they were achieved. To that, we told Aaron we wanted our Folsom home pending in 30 days or less, we wanted to get top dollar, and we did not want a lot of stress. We also told him that once our home was pending, we wanted to purchase another and for him to coordinate it in a way that we did not have to move twice. To this request, Aaron said no problem. He then spent the next 7-days preparing to put our home on the MLS. Once we decluttered our home and followed Aaron's staging suggestions, the photographer came out to take the HD photos, the color brochures were printed, the home was placed on MLS and then the open house was held. 7-days later, we had multiple offers, our home was quickly pending, and, Aaron negotiated a 60-day rent back so we could find and purchase our next home.
