Julie MIlbrodt did not push to get the listing as she realized our moving from La Caada, where I was born, was a difficult decision. Once she was sure we really wanted to sell she moved to get a clear plan and communicate that plan to us. We had to change that plan when we all realized attempting to show our house while we were packing to move, and with our existing furniture, was not going to work well.
