Just want to warn others before they ruin your experience as well. I wasted sick calls at work with promises to close and get keys somce august 4th, after 1500 in missed wages and 4 extensions to no fault of mine, we finally closed yesterday September 4th. I signed and payed on the 1st, did final walkthrough on 2nd, and had to wait two more days for keys because she said "county hasn't recorded" but the money was taken out of my account on the 2nd. I finally got keys yesterday and find out she let seller take items off property. I have keys and no idea whats missing or condition of property now. I am pretty sure this is illegal if not just really wrong. I had no retention of possession agreement with seller she let him rob me in broad daylight and I havent even seen if there is damages now, and she says the deal is done. I may file lawsuit. 2020

We recently placed our mother in s assisted living facility. She is 98 and had been living alone for many years but it just got to hard to do so with a failing memory and several falls.
