Excellent person to work with. He is personal and found houses exactly to our liking. He truly listened to what my wife and I wanted and screened every site for us and showed us houses that were exactly what we were looking for. I will definitely recommend him as an agent and and know that you will not be disappointed. Prior to using him I hired another well known firm in the area and they wasted our time showing us houses that were nothing like what we had asked for. Chad knows his job well.
