Where to begin?! Janelle saved us from giving up on finding a decent home in Princeton to weeding out ones she knew we would not like after discussing with us our needs in depth. She did not know of our prior bad experience trying to buy and in fact putting in offer on home in Princeton when utilizing another agent in her office because we didn't want to offend anyone, but we told her at closing as we were SO incredibly grateful for *HONESTY, INCREDIBLE KNOWLEDGE, and her ability to listen and actually care. Though she sells million-dollar-plus homes, she jumped through hoops to find us our inexpensive one. She treated us like we were just as important as any other sale! She EVEN helped us when we discovered we were on deed for a house from long ago, in getting us removed. She was a saint dealing with mortgage company that was really uncommunicative and kept them on track. Her investment of time and effort is not even slightly reflected in any commission she received. She did so much beyond what we ever dreamed a realtor would do. We are still in shock as to her exceptional knowledge of homes, FHA regulations, areas, etc. We discovered how highly-respected she is in the community by talking with others. We will feel forever indebted to her for her professionalism AND kindness!! She is truly the best in her field!
We had first been working with Roxana Noble but she seemed to be working for the sellers more than us. Was not honest about houses she showed and dragged us 1.5 hours several times to show us houses that she told us after we viewed she knew they were junk but couldn't tell us over phone. Blatantly visible md, etc she pretended not to see. They were not her listings and the dishonesty and shadieness of it turned us off. We felt she was always working for the seller and was unresponsive. We even offered on a house that clearly had problems and then paid for inspection that did not come close to passing. Much wasted time, effort, and expense. Then she just ghosted us! VERY nice person but horrendously poor realtor. :( We saw Janelle was the top realtor in area and in talking to people in community we were moving to, they affirmed she was excellent. So glad we gave it another shot. Didn't realize the difference an EXCELLENT realtor can make. We owe her so much. Thank you for having her as part of Landmark!!!
