I had a great experience with realtor Stephen Stratford. Stephen is a longtime Lexington resident so he was familiar with the housing market and came up with a competitive but fair marketing analysis. He is honest, enthusiastic and hard-working. He staged my house, had professional photographers come in to create a virtual tour and really marketed my property well. It went live on a Thursday, open house over the weekend, P&S signed by deadline on Tuesday. Once the house was sold, Stephen and his team took care of making sure everything was up to code as far as smoke detectors and CO2 sensors. They handled the water bill reading, provided me with a checklist for the closing and kept me in the loop the entire time. Communication was great. I couldn't have been more pleased.
