Ginger Nixon knew I wanted to sell my home since I had moved into assisted living. Her sale price on my home was to help it sell. She had professional photos of my home taken and advertised on-line. Then she put the For Sale sign in the yard and had six agents bringing people to look. The next day we had offers and I was able to go to her office and sign a contract. I was thrilled. Then the next few weeks went by and there was an issue on inspection. Ginger worked with Buyer's Agent for an agreement to get work completed. A month after my home went on market we had the closing.
