I purchased my first home in 2019 which was an awesome experience thanks to David. My fiancee and I were originally going to open houses without a realtor which was tough because I had no clue what to look for as a first time homebuyer. We got in contact with David and open houses became so much more fruitful. David was always so knowledgeable about the property we were visiting and would even show us around the community.
My fiancee and I were looking for a home that was close to work and our families. David would regularly check for new listings that met our criteria and would then provide us with property reports of the homes we were most interested in. The property reports covered a wide arrary of infornation about the homes and their surrounding neighborhoods.
Once we found the home we wanted to purchase, David reached out to the seller's realtor and we began the process. There was a ton of paperwork that I was not ready for but David was always willing to help answer any questions I had before signing a document. When negotiations came around the seller was a bit difficult, but David helped ease my concerns and we were able to come an agreement. Regardless of the mountain of paperwork and the tough negotiations, this was a much less stressful experience than it could have been.
I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy a home. David is a wonderful soul that has the client's best interest in mind.
