When it came to selling our home it was quite a hard decision for the family as it was over forty years of owning this home and a lot of memories were built. Now it had become way too much of a maintenance for my parents to handle.

The sale of my property was nothing but a series of completely unexpected issues. Throughout all the troubles with my possible buyers, tenant issues causing delay of sale, and last minute repairs, Tonya was excellent. nShe was hands on, offering suggestions and dealing with my tenant issues (which she didn't have to) and was patient until the property was sold.
