Our experience with Michelle made the process of selling less stressful than anticipated. She spent a lot of time on initial consultation asking many questions, looking at everything within the home, outside of the home, around the yards and in the back acreage. There were no surprises with Michelle. She was on top of everything and when there were issues that came up, she addressed them quickly and resolved them to our satisfaction. She helped us with everything from staging the home, to suggestions for clearing the home before showings, understanding our concerns with visitors during the pandemic, and always being there when services were required. Her networking resources were helpful and when they couldn't be there, she had back-ups ready.
