Ryan had listed my house for my wife, at the time. and did not include me in the any of the process or listing of the property. After listed I personally contacted him to let him know that I needed to be in the loop so that I can make arrangements or help where I can. He assured me that he would... He told my "wife" to go a head and move out before the house sold because it was a "sure thing" and the deal fell through that caused more hardship and stress than is required. Months later another contract comes in (with no notification) and I was told that I needed to be at closing while everyone was at the table signing (not by the realtor, by the ex wife). The Settlement statement was wrong, my signing was postponed for a couple days, and the overall experience was poor to non existent... but his check was still the same.... If you need someone that looks out for you look elsewhere.
