Cecily was extremely unprofessional, used back channels to obtain information, and resorted to questionable tactics in an attempt to secure the sale of a property. Unfortunately, her questionable tactics cost us the sale. I would recommend that no one use her as a realtor; she presents a huge liability to her company and her clients. 2020
