Mikah helped me to sell my out of town investment property through a 1031 Exchange. Though I never met her in person, she did an exceptional job of managing every step of the transaction, from market analysis, to communicating sensitively with my tenants, to negotiating with the buyers. It was my first 1031, and I was a bit nervous, but she was always available by phone to answer my questions and reassure me. She arranged everything--inspections, minor repairs, changes in our time frame. Literally, all I had to do was DocuSign the papers (and sign the deed at my local title company) and I was done.
