Krystal did a great job asking what I was looking for in a home so she could send me listings that were more likely to meet my desires. She also asked what I did/ did not care for after looking at the different homes we walked through. As a first time buyer, she was great at explaining things and helping guide me through the process with realistic expectations. I knew right away that Krystal was more knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy than the realtor we were doing business with, so as soon as we could we changed realtors so we could have Krystal instead.
You would think the longer someone has done something, the better they'd be at it, but that was not the case. We previously used a realtor who is probably over twice Krystal's age and has been a realtor a lot longer, but Krystal even being young, was immeasurably better in every way than the "more experienced" realtor. She knows her stuff and how to really get the ball rolling.
I have nothing but good things to say about Krystal. I cannot even put into words how grateful I am for her to be the one helping me purchase my first house.
She made the overall experience quick, easy, and stress-free. The previous realtor we used isn't even comparable on any level to Krystal.
