We had multiple bids immediately (within 2 days) and we then had higher counteroffers. We closed fast and his team took care of all the paperwork so we didn't need to worry. Me and Jerry worked together for about a year and a half trying to find a house for my family. During the increasingly difficult market we had many issues finding our ideal home, saw at least 20-30 different properties, and had several heartbreaks along the way, but he stuck with us through every rough turn. Getting a VA loan to work in this market was an insanely difficult task, and we got the house we really wanted and needed thanks to Jerry's efforts. Jerry was ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. Jerry is also well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Jerry was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat.
