Martin was helpful, well versed in VA Load process, which is how I financed the loan. Only sent me listing on how much I wanted to pay for the house and not what I per qualified for on pre-approved loan, which was much higher. I worked with few other realtors before I found Martin and all of them kept sending listing for high end of what I pre-qualified for. He always kept me informed all the way to end when he handed me the keys to my new house.
