The thing that impressed me most about Rachael was her commitment through the entire home buying process. I found my house on our first outing and went under contract within a few days. Rachael Peterson has been wonderful tower with on selling my property. She had a tough time because there was no water there, People expect with a place to live that there would be water, but the arrangement for the water I had, ended when I chose to sell. We started our process with her in October when our family was looking into moving to Texas from Colorado. I read through some reviews of realtors to find one that I thought would fit our family and I certainly did! With a quick email and phone call, she had set up several properties for that next weekend for us to see. Not finding the perfect home that weekend, she kept in contact and kept her search open for several months. She would check in regularly to let us know she was available and send us any properties she thought would spark our interest. Another visit down to Texas in March, three full days of looking at homes and the final day we found the one! She was quick to put our offer in and did everything she could to be sure our dream home would become our forever home! Last year my family started looking for a property in the Lockhart area. Our friends had just closed on their house and referred us to Victoria.
