At the same time, we saw our beautiful dream home for sale, but within days of discovering it, they took it off the market. I was so dissapointed, but something told me to tell them about it. Within days, we were able to convince them to entertain our offer, and I am writing this review from that home, our new home.
We hired Jason and Briana to help sell my mother's home. They were great to work with. They did a great job staging her home which needed a good amount of help visually! They provided great refferals for vendors to help with the painting, landscaping,etc... The buyers were hard to work with but Jason and Briana did a great job keeping up on everything. First of all, I am an out of state probate administrator responsible for selling a difficult property owned by a family member that passed away. I selected Team Lorge because out of all the realtors I interviewed, Team Lorge really does have a team approach. They either personally have significant expertise, or have access to team members and dedicated contractors with significant expertise to handle anything that comes up.
When I first visited the property with Jason and Briana, the condition of the home and the amount of work needed was overwhelming. But Jason and Briana could see exactly where the value was, correctly assessing the approaching neighborhood gentrification. They also correctly determined the exact sweet spot between spending money on improvements versus the expected increase in home value.
Jason called in his clean up contractors, and he personally wielded a sledge hammer to take out some ratty planters in the back yard. Within a short amount of time the house and property was cleaned up and we went on the market. Jason and Briana exactly nailed the sell price and we had competing offers within a few days, resulting in a 21 day escrow period and a successful close.
