Stephen is a phenomenal real estate agent, in fact the best one we have had. From day 1 of showing us houses, he has shown us he is thorough and knowledgeable about the housing market. And most importantly, he has integrity. As our buying agent, he did not allow us to overbid for a house, even in this ridiculous housing market. We never felt pressure to bid or not bid on a house--he said his goal was to keep the "buyer's interest" as his first priority. He was patient with us when we saw a number of houses we did not like.
