Marblestone Construction built new house in march of 2023. When we did walk through there was some major things (Dryer vent and bathroom exhaust vents not hooked up and exhausted out of home) floors popping, stair treads being uneven and standing up causing MAJOR TRIPPING HAZARD. drain pipes for gutters being clogged 9 led lights dropping from ceiling 1 month after move in concrete cracking on driveway (concrete install company told me he had them for the concrete driveway and patio in late January they told mari$ the owner wouldnt be guaranteed had them install anyway. When I contacted the company to come out and do the repairs he would make the appointment then say sorry cant make it short guys today, materials didnt come in, had baby, siding guy is sick. Then when he did finally come he would stay 15 minutes fix one small thing replace a cabinet handle and leave. I couldnt be patient anymore due to the dryer vent clogging twice and the the dryer vent company telling me its a fire hazard. I should be covered under the one year home warranty but he refuses to take any of my calls or texts. Im writing this review to inform the public to stay away from MARBLESTONE CONSTRUTION. THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT IN TELLICO VILLAGE LOUDON TN 37774 Ive tried to contact him and he finally got back to me on September 15 with this text reply

Hands down to Mr. Oleg He is the guy to go to.....no kidding I have a lot positive things i can say about him, but just to sum it up. He is the guys you can dream of when buying or selling of your property. Just super awesome.
