This is the second time that I have used Anne for a real estate transaction. The first time was when I bought my condo 6 years ago. The second time was when I sold my condo last month. Due to the crazy Seller's market which existed at the time I was trying to buy, Anne had the pleasure of going through a few rounds of Offers to Purchase (several different properties). :) For all of those properties, Anne was ahead of the game. She was on top of everything, including looking at permit status, providing referrals for appraisers, working directly with my mortgage broker when needed, providing comp information so that I could make intelligent and fair offers, and moving the process along quickly. In addition, when I determined that I need to back out of the first two properties, Anne was completely understanding (given the circumstances), supportive and helpful on how to proceed. When we were searching for different properties, she was willing and able to show up at all the open houses to look at the property WITH me. She also provided me all the pros and cons of the different properties, including those related to where the houses were located in the town. When we finally got to the "right" property, it was stressful due to the competition I was up against. It was my last hope to find a property in time to avoid rental housing and Anne was instrumental in getting me the property at a appropriate price. And, even after the purchase was completed, Anne has remained available for questions and/or referrals as I have needed them in order to improve the value of my property. One final comment I have is that, due to Anne's longevity in the field and her expertise and success rate, her reputation is far and wide and she has garnered the respect of fellow agents because she is an honest, knowledgeable and hardworking realtor. She has a great network and this came in handy when dealing with the seller's brokers. She often knew them which made the whole process smoother. I would use Anne again in a heartbeat and I have already recommended her to others!
