Brian was so great in the long listing of this house. I cannot say enough great things about him. I know it was an uncommon deal with me at the Power of Attorney for my mother. But the decisions were not just mine but she had to be included too. Even when the end was near and the buyer was up to asking for items at the closing table, Brian calmly walked us through getting this house sold. Oh yes the house was in Texarkana, AR and I am in Dallas, TX. So it was never easy to resolve an issue with the house since I could not be there right away. I would recommend Brian for easy ones because he did great with his difficult one we had!
