We had an awesome first home buying experience with Bryan! As a first time home buyer, I had MANY questions and he always made himself available to answer, regardless of what time it was. Bryan was handed a tough job on this one, since we intended to sell this rental property, as is, to the good tenant who had been there 25 years. For many reasons and no one's fault, that sale ultimately fell through. A lengthy eviction process followed and we lost months in the selling season. With the property now unoccupied, but still selling as is, we started over and soon attracted several buyers, one of whom met our asking price and terms (which Bryan had originally recommended). This process extended to the point that Bryan's marriage and honeymoon occurred before the sale could be completed. However, Bryan had arranged a backup team in his office, and international communications, even DocuSign (new to me), so that forward progress never missed a beat.
