We met Eric at a class about house buying before buying our first home. I left that class crying. I honestly thought the journey to buy a home was so overwhelming I was never going to be able to do it. We met with him again after it and he -literally- made my day. He explained the process to us again, listen to what we wanted, and helped us every step of the way to purchase our first home. He was patient, not pushy and incredibly honest with us. He looked after us the entire time. Fast forward 8 years later and he did it again. Our starter home got small and we were ready to upgrade. Even though he knew what we were looking for was complicated and difficult to find, he never lost patience with us. He was once again, honest, kind and wonderful to work with. It took us almost 2 years to find the perfect home and I am absolutely sure we couldn't have done it without him. He knows about construction. He knows about home inspections. HE IS A GOOD RESOURCE. Even though we now live in our forever home, we still like to touch base with him and talk to him every once in a while. He is fantastic.
