Jan and our family go way back to the time when we first started looking for a single family home as our family and needs were growing. We still remember the first time we co-incidentally met her when we followed a open-house sign for a beautiful single family home in the Robbinsdale district close to our old town home. She was kind enough to walk us through the home, understand our requirements (main floor bedroom, Wayzata school district etc.). Since then there was no looking back. We just continued to stay in touch where Jan who patiently showed us every house we liked on the market until we finally found our dream home.
Jan was our obvious choice to help sell our townhome and she and her team did a great job marketing our home (awesome pictures, great social media presence etc.) and we were finally able to close the deal.
The only part (mostly due to the timing of when we listed) is that we still feel we did not get what the house deserved and had to reduce the price twice. But then again, the market was not doing great when we listed, the interest rates being high all leading to a lower sale price. Nevertheless, Jan and her team relentlessly tried their best and finally got us to the closing!

Jan was knowledgeable about the sale. Was communicative and willing to answer any questions I had as a first time buyer. Made its easy and stress free. 2018
