I believe real estate in the bay area is one of the most challenging and even the scary markets for anyone who would like to buy a home in this territory. It is evident that without having a competent realtor, the chance to find and buy your dream home is almost impossible. So, you may ask what the characteristics of a skilled and qualified realtor would be. A qualified realtor should have enough knowledge of the local market, be familiar with the market trends, and know the realistic prices of homes in the area to give correct advice to the buyer. A real estate agent should also be an honest person with immense integrity and full enthusiasm, have an excellent network of connections with different people that all may get in the loop to assist the buyer in making a deal as early and smooth as possible. A good and competent realtor never gives up, is a good negotiator with all sides, and always has an attitude of encouragement. I can tell you without any reservation that Tess has all of these features. We have had an excellent experience working with Tess to buy our dream home in the bay area. Taking Tess on as our Agent was the best decision we made when buying our home. From the outset, she was a true professional.
First off, she took the time to navigate us through the process of buying a home in California and discuss at length our specific requirements. From then on, she worked closely with us to navigate through matching inventories, and advise us as our requirements and expectations changed.
