When selecting a realtor, you dont know in the beginning all the skills needed from your realtor and how much they can do for you. Often, people are concerned about the commission and want to ensure that they get along with their realtor. We had been in the same house for almost 17 years, so it had been awhile since going through this. In selecting a realtor, it is critical to think about the buying and selling process comprehensively. First, Lisa has a fair commission and created a wonderful working relationship with us. She is meticulous about all of the details of the sale/selling/negotiations. It was so nice to have this trusted partner in the selling (and buying) process. Yes, we were so happy with her as our selling agent that she was also our buyers agent. Every recommendation she had for us was top notch. Whenever we had a question for her, she had an answer. As we saw other realtors during the process, we realized what high quality representation we had with Lisa.
