Melissa was our agent when purchasing a house in Tracy. She was kind, professional and knowledgeable and made our home buying experience smooth. We visited Tracy multiple weekends to get a house that matched our need. Melissa was always available for us and never pressured us despite us taking so long and being fickle minded at times, going back and forth on what we thought we wanted. We would feel bad for passing a house after multiple visits for having spent so much of her time but she was always kind and made sure that we did not rush and advised us to go ahead if and only if we were comfortable. She gave us valuable details about safety of different neighborhoods.

Post offer acceptance, there were still obstacles with the inspection and final repair process. This was a bit stressful at times. Thanks to Melissa, we managed it well throughout this process. She truly went above and beyond to get the issues and repairs resolved for us. If not for her, we may not even have been able to close. We just cannot say enough how great Melissa really is! We could completely trust Melissa and The Aguilera Real Estate Team to help guide us through each step of the process. Melissa and her team are amazing and we strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a house based on our experience with them.
