Kim took over all the negative emotions of buying a house (stress, confusion etc) and helped me focus on the fun and exciting part of finding a house. Buying a house during a global lockdown and as a single household buyer with no one able to help me look at houses, Kim took on the role of not only a realtor navigating the world of home buying and financing, but also took on the role that a family member/partner/trusted friend would have typically done. I literally cannot find the words to describe this wonderful, amazing person. I don't even know where to begin. From day 1 she made my husband and I feel like her only clients. She was always available to answer any questions we had and talk in depth about any concerns. It was our first time purchasing a home and she helped us decide what we really wanted and what we could live without.
