We worked with Terri for almost 2 years. We were kind of fussy buyers, but she never lost patients with us. When we found our house, we were turned down, she encouraged us to make a counteroffer. We were turned down again, I gave up, the house was perfect for us, but it was sold. Terri kept watching and kept in contact with the seller's realtor and kept telling them we were ready if anything fell through, well sure enough it did and instead of listing it again they took our offer. We contacted Terri after seeing that she was the listing agent on a home we were interested in. We were looking to move from the west coast to northern Minnesota, and Covid-19 was playing a huge role in restricting our travel. 100% of the home viewings were done with Terri online, through facetime. She took the time to look as buyers would look, peeking into cupboards to gauge the depth, walking around the homes on the outside, getting up close with door hinges to show us the condition. She was absolutely amazing, finding out the answers to all of our questions, showing us homes that she knew we would love and steering us clear of homes that were not family ready.
