If you research Shawn all over the interwebs you find nothing but 5 star reviews. Every superlative is correct to describe him. I had a difficut situation - selling my parents home (dad and step-mom), after my dad died and my step-mom was not on the title. Adding to my challenge is that my step-mom has dementia (and just diagnosed cancer) and not capable of participating in any of the sale process. And I have my own serious health issues (extensive arthritis throughout my spine) Both of my parents were hoarders and they actually had their homeowner's insurance cancelled due to the mess. Plus I live in Lake Tahoe... The whole sale process took 10 months and had speed-bumps around every corner. Shawn was steady-cool throughout everything and was a point of comfort, friendship, professional perspective of the market and value of the home, kindness, and general awesome karma. Shawn isn't just a fabulous broker and agent, he is a super human being. He is all about honesty, integrity, knowledge of his profession, and doing the right thing. My only regret after getting the house sold is that I no longer wil be talking with Shawn on a regular basis. He is truely a good man I even accepted an offer that wasn't the "best offer" money-wise so that Shawn would receive the entire commission - the buyer had gone to the open house and Shawn represented the buyer also.
