Shannon and Dan, a buyer from Quincy, CA We were looking to retire away from the Bay Area and between a combination of our Bay Area realtor and Carol we were able to achieve our dream earlier than expected. After speaking with a few realtors in the area we both felt Carol was the best fit for us because she seemed to understand what we were looking for instead of trying to fit us into something she thought was right for us. We were right in our choice.
She was thorough, responded quickly, friendly and professional. She has been open to all our questions (even the wacky ones!!) and has always been available to answer questions even after the sale. We lived in Morgan Hill and were buying in Quincy so we were long distance buyers with little knowledge of the area so we weren't physically available to the area. We needed contacts for loans, inspections and utilities (we've never used propane or had wood burning stoves for heating) - you don't know what you don't know!! When we needed Carol to go out to Quincy for us to take pictures or to arrange for inspections she readily took care of these things. She also seemed to have a good working relationship with our Bay Area realtor and with the Quincy seller's realtor which helped everything go smoothly.
We highly recommend Carol to anyone looking for a permanent or vacation home and have also told her to share our contact information with anyone that might be interested in moving to or buying in the area. At the risk of letting out one of the best kept secrets in California, it is a wonderful place to live and Carol can help you achieve that dream!
