They are there at your beck and call, answered all my questions and if she didnt know the answer she would find out. For the next 12 years, Amber would check in periodically, not pressuring, just checking in to see where we were in the process. We'd been through some rough financial times in the past and weren't confident that we'd even be able to buy a house. Amber helped us see that it really was possible! Not only did she hold our hand through the financial learning process but also guided us to and away from homes that would be good for us. All with NO pressure at any time. She was always available to answer questions, no matter the time of day or day of the week. And if she wasn't able to reply in full at that instant, she'd reply and let us know she'd get back to us.
We bought our first house in March of 2017 and loved it. The whole process was MUCH easier and much more possible that we ever thought. We loved our time in the house and Amber was still there whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation for a contractor or service.
When we were offered a job out of state this past spring, there was no question who we'd be working with to sell our home. Amber of course!
