Moving to the area from the Twin Cities it was difficult aligning our schedules to see houses. That on top of a aggressive real estate market we knew we had to act fast. I was up in the area on a Friday afternoon when a house came on the market. Dan dropped everything he was doing to meet me at the property. We decided to put an offer on it and he worked on it Friday night so the sellers would have the offer by Saturday morning. Super impressed. Dan was attentive and kind the whole time.
