Working with her was a joke and a total waste of time! Run far away from this scammer! This woman had me sign documents agreeing to list and sell my home 8/2023, three months went before I decided to cancel her and move on. During this time she failed to host an open house, she didnt list my home until September and then pulled the MLS listing in October without my knowledge. She used my second unit as storage but claimed she was staging my home. She has poor communication. Throughout this wait time she said that she was held up because of an ultrasound appointment, next it was that her son had surgery on both arms, then she claimed to be in the hospital with a lung infection, next her uncles funeral on the east coast, and after the funeral her other uncle was in icu battling stage 4 cancer. I stumbled upon her social media she posted herself at social events, selling homes in another state and was advertising her holiday party that she had the audacity to invite me to. This is the same realtor who sold me this home last year. After finding out some questionable information regarding the sell of this home I reached out to Donishia and she immediately offered to sell the home. I am a first time home buyer that has been scammed and taken advantage of! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS!
