The Friedrich Team had a difficult task, but did a great job. I had 3 rentals they took on all at once. 2 of the rentals were in areas the Friedrich Team were not used to dealing with...the hood. They did a fantastic job staging the house, and guiding me through the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We did not provide Renee with much notice that we wished to purchase a home in the Eldorado Hills area, and had not yet placed our home on the market. We informed Renee what we were looking for and she truly took that information to heart. Its interesting that the first place she took us to ended up being the home we purchased. After signing the agreement to purchase a new home, Renee placed our home on the market. On Monday, after our home had been on the market for four days we accepted an offer which was 16k over our asking price and the home closed escrow on July 6th. Her entire team was professional, took great photos and a 3D walk through of our home. All documents were electronic and understandable and easy to use. We were kept abreast of when things would occur and why. Renee sent a notary to our home and we signed all escrow documents there. I recently had unexpected back surgery and she worked with us to ensure minimal disruption but at the same time provided advice on what needed to occur. Renee has also kept abreast of our new home which is being built. We not only have a great realtor, her team was awesome as well and we now have some new friends! Thank you!
