First off let me say Stephanie is professional and knows her stuff. That being said, she was an angel sent from above. I lost my wife 3 years ago and have been lost since. We were not the easiest clients We started the process of buying/selling over a year ago. I think we sent Stephanie close to 100,000 properties to research for us (give it take a few). We had a few different avenues that we were looking at which meant SO MANY QUESTIONS and possible alternatives. Stephanie was tenacious, patient with us, and answered all of our endless asks. The sale of our home went amazing! She was able to sell our home for higher than the other homes in the area and FAST! We were only on the market for 6 days! Much different from the last time we sold a home. Once we found the right property for us, the purchase was FAST! Very little back and forth and no drama.
