Amit was also able to get my offer accepted with inspection and lond contingencies added which has become a rarity these days. Amit and Gina were on top of everything rite from the start to finish and beyond. They even renegotiated in getting me seller credits which is an outstanding thing to do in this market. They helped me in finding an excellent loan service agent as well who helped close my loan less than 30 days. Their help and support didnt just stop there. They helped with my home inspections, roof inspection (getting additional opinions with no cost to me) , home warranty (paid for the portion that seller didnt pay), provided contacts for electrical work (got an excellent rate since the electrician has a good working relationship with them), movers(got the best rate in the market. Trust me when i say this the quotes i got outside were no match to what i paid to the mover recommended by Gina and Amit), handyman.
