No concerns/issues. Flawless and smooth. Any possible bumps that might come up, Chris was on it and had plan b in motion before he even talked to us. He had resources/people/companies we could use if needed. He was a great sounding board and never hesitated to give pros and cons to any thought or concern we had. We always felt like a priority to him (and Leah). He called us frequently to check in, see how things were going, share follow through on his end, and see if we had any questions. It's no wonder he is the receiver of a plethora of awards, recognitions and impressive praise from clients and co-workers. His ability to sell multiple homes a month comes as no surprise due to the effort and time he puts into his occupation. His worth ethic is outstanding.
We did not feel Thomas at closing was professional. My boyfriend was selling his parents house, and Thomas ignored me by only introducing himself to my boyfriend. He did not look at me at all as he described each paper that needed to be signed. He asked my boyfriend frequently if it all made sense or if he had any questions. Again, no verbal or non verbal attention was given to me. He came off as pompous. Completely unimpressed and he did your company a diservice by representing you as a company.
