Shelly wants her clients to have a great experience, and she is prepared to do put in the work to make sure that happens! Shelly once took my wife, all five of our parents, my sister and I to 8 houses in one day. She is absolutely dedicated to your happiness. Just as important though, shelly knows her stuff. She has been in the business a long time and is one of the most knowledgeable professionals in Billings. I would recommend her 100/100 times.
Shelly was very, patient with us. We had a particular set of requirements, so it is fortunate that Shelly has a particular set of skills. She knows the market inside and out and is well versed in the dos and donts of listing your home and purchasing someone elses. Shelly was willing to look at home after home after home in the Billings area over the course of several months. And she definitely took the wheel and helped us put together a deal on our dream house when I wasnt sure it was possible! :)
Shelly also listed our home for sale and I was so impressed with her attention to detail. The photos were superb, the descriptions positive and accurate and every piece of marketing material was professional.
