I would not Recommend Chad even if he waived his fee. My entire experience was filled with stress. I felt like I was doing all the leg work. Sell it yourself instead of using Chad. 2022
I moved from a different state and Chad Did not have the property ready for me. The garage would not open. The house smelled of death. He said he kept the last tenants deposit for cleaning, but nothing was cleaned. Dead bugs laying all over the floor. We confronted him and he did not see the problem. 2022
