Josh at Homes by Krista is the best!! We put feelers out to a few realtors and Josh was the first to arrive on our doorstep with a thoughtful and thorough plan for selling our home. We trusted him immediately and we were never disappointed. His sense of urgency and excellent communication never waned. He was incredibly professional and exceeded all of our expectations through our home selling experience. He gave us great advice on how to present our home. He provided and expert photographer and videographer who showcased our home perfectly. The benefits of his extensive online marketing campaign (over 20,000 views on our 3D tour) were immediately obvious when we had back to back showings the moment our home was listed. Let's start off by saying that this has not been a good experience. We went live with Homes by Krista on May 10, 2019 and our listing agent was Josh. Our home was posted on all the known listing sites, with the applicable images. From the start Josh told us he didn't believe in open houses. Quote his words "An open house doesn't sell a house". Josh didn't agree with the price we were listing our home at but again we told him that it's our investment and we wanted to get the best out of it. We had a lot of traffic come through our home but unfortunately never got any follow up. We had to reach out to Josh and ask him to follow up with the agents coming through to get feedback. We requested several open houses and that was the only time we got updates as the Listing Specialist Cathy would leave us a written form providing us with the traffic that came through the home that day. We felt as if Josh was to busy and wasn't really considering us as clients. We had to reach out to him and send him some of the other agents information so that he can follow up and provide us feedback. Also, there were several times when he told us that he was out of ideas and that our house isn't selling because of the price and that it was our only option if we wanted to sell to lower the price. Worst experience we have had with a company and we will not recommend them or use them in the near future. 2019
