We came into the home buying process entirely naive but eager to get something quick. Ellen was there every single step of the way, and had plenty of resources and team backing to make it happen fast. We wanted to look at houses during the workweek, frequently multiple days in a row. She never hesitated to schedule us quickly (sometimes same-day).
