I am the property manager for a non-profit and Jennifer recently helped us sell one of our residential houses. She made the process (and my job) far easier than I ever expected. I have nothing but positive things to say about working with Jennifer. We just perchased our first home at the end of April and Jennifer held our hand through the entire process. She is extreamly knowladgable, quick to respond to any and all questions and easy to reach at any time. The process of purchasing a home is overwhelming but she made the process as easy as possible for us. After we closed on the house she went above and beyond helping us find a contractor to remove our popcorn ceilings, texture and paint. Which was helpful in getting the house ready for us to move in. It's been a month since we have closed, but she has made a point to check in and let us know she is still available if we have any other questions that arise.
