We found a gem in Christine Morgan! She is doubtless the most awesome broker in Costa Mesa! She and Michelle Wahler, sat down with us and enthusiastically laid out the plan for the sale of our Costa Mesa home and everything went exactly as planned! First they went through our house with an expert eye to stage it for the photographer. The photographer took some beautiful interior and particularly striking, exterior sunset photos. From the photos, they made a luxury brochure to give out at the weekend open house where they lit candles and served mimosas and sweets! After the first weekend open houses, we received three offers, two over asking! They sent out a multiple offer counter and one buyer raised his $50K which we accepted. Our 30 day escrow went smoothly. Christine brought documentation to give to the bank appraiser that ensured our over asking price was market price so our buyers could have the full loan amount! She even helped us sell items to the buyers. We could not be more pleased! After escrow closed Christine and Michelle brought over a beautiful gift crate with savory snacks, a cookbook and bottles of French Champagne and Cabernet Sauvignon wine!
