Overall, we thought Tom did a great job as our realtor. He provided useful guidance and contacts to prepare our house for sale. Advised and coordinated inspections. He did a great job with house photos and descriptions. He positioned our house well for multiple offers. He certainly knows the market well. I believe we had a optimal experience.

Back in April 2021, we reached out to Tom to assist us in selling our home. Being a first time home seller can be stressful, but Tom was knowledgeable, patient and helpful answering all our questions whether it be via text, telephone or email. Throughout this entire process, we felt as if Tom was looking out for our best interest and not just trying to make a sale. Tom delivered what he promised. He said he would sell our home and he did.
