My wife and I have purchased houses in the past and looked at 60-70 houses before we found what we liked. I warned Bob that we were "hard to please" customers. Bob showed us several homes we had requested to see and there was something not quite right with each of them. He asked if we would look at a couple other houses in Corolla that he thought we might like. Bang! He shows us the perfect house and we fell in love with it. Unfortunately it was way out of our price range. Bang! Bob doesn't give up, says let's make an offer. We did and they came back with counter offer. Still a ways off but, long story short, we came in exactly where we wanted to be after tireless work on Bob's part. The best part about it, We were in New York and Hawaii while the negotiations were going back and forth. Still nothing was held up, we had a final offer confirmed and the sale went through. 45 days from first visit to closing! Bob has a world of knowledge of the area and whats available. Knows everyone in the area from subcontractors to financial institutions. With us every step of the way and set me up with contractors after the sale to help us get the property into top notch condition. I have never been as comfortable with a house buying experience as I was this time. Its great when you are updated at least twice a day and know that you are getting an honest answer every time.
